About Vysoke Tatry
Vysoke Tatry, also known as The High Tatra Mountains, is the most famous national park in Slovakia, sometimes referred to as the Small Alps. Gerlachovsky peak rises to 2655 meters (8711 feet) above the sea level.
There are many accommodation services in the Tatra National Park, ranging from campsites, through hostels and small B&B's, to large modern hotels.
Nearby towns are Poprad, Kezmarok, Svit, Liptovsky Hradok, and Liptovsky Mikulas.
